I just read on Radaronline that there will be a $25 ticket fee to attend Michael's funeral. OMG! If the Jackson family is planning to disrespect their son and brother that way I would ask no one to attend. Unbelievable. I do hope it is not true. If it is, please allow Michael the dignity and respect his passing deserves and tell the greedy ones to go to h___! Very Sad!

Yes, tickets sold to derfer the cost of security which I can only imagine to be in great need on this emotional roller coaster of a day.So it should be viewed as a good thing & nothing sad about it.

That sucks.Your telling me the family doesn't have enough money between them to hire the ultimate security?Right...... Every just sees this as another way to make money off of the king of pop.Sad indeed! Sasha i agree with you %100.Beverley Jones, you must be a family friend or something because there is no reason to amen this move.Disrespect at the least! and $25? There is no cost to pay respect, thats how you pay! With respect! Micheal deserves that. I am still in shock because 1 he was the greatest and 2 there isn't anyone that is prepared or made anywhere near the moves it takes to walk in his shoes.Mj's footsteps in a sense are like a infant wearing a shoe that belongs to Shaquille O'neal. Its almost overwhelming at the least. Micheal you tell my grandmother that i am very jealous that she gets to meet you first. As a South Floridian music producer my struggle is hard, my journey is undetermined and cannot be measured but my heart is in the same place as yours. One Love Mj I will miss you! :(

..how truly disrespectful his family is. First his parents disrespect Michael with his new found belief by arranging a christian funeral (wtf??). Now his family will charge people to attend his funeral?!! This is outrageous, i feel very sad for Michael.

Edward Rogers , as you will now be aware there are tickets which you will have to register for & to your delight, they will be free.Be quick, they will go fast.

He was really the KING of pop’s. I am really proud to see his achievement in such a short time. If he was alive he would have differently been the next president of the USA. It is so unfortunate to lose a king of the Kings.

May God Bless him and brighten his grave until the day of Judgment.

You know what? The guy is dead, Let him rest in peace. So what if his family charges $25.00 If it is worth it then pay the $25.00. I myself will remember Michael as he was, The King Of Pop. He was loved by millions and will be remembered by millions, And it doesn't matter if your Black or White. RIP Michael, We will miss you.

The reason that there are many injustices in this world is because the majority of people who inhabit it are ignorant. It is true that Michael Jackson was very talented, but it is also true that he was a child abuser and this behavior is far from being a King.

WTF? Asking for donations from LA residents to help pay for the MJ memorial service at StaplesCenter? OMG, the audacity! How dare this even be suggested when the Jackson family, of which I am a fan of JJ/MJ, sat at the funeral drapped in Versace clothing beacause it was MJ’s favorite designer. Shame on them and shame on LA mayor’s office. We have city employees taking 2 unpaid days a month. My grandmother just passed away Monday July 6, do you think the mayor is gonna help us or any family out there pay for the funeral costs? The Jackson’s are a very wealthy family, they need to pay.

    P.S.

If you would like to donate and help my family with my grandmother’s, Lidia Rivera, funeral arrangements, please send a dollar or whatever to:
